So this weekend I have the honor along with other Beachbody Coaches in the area to host Denise Needham in Pittsburgh. Denise is the Senior Director of Training and Field Development for Beachbody. She develops tools and training that help the network’s independent distributors or Beachbody Coaches, build successful home-based businesses. By increasing sales and sponsorship, she is helping to build Team Beachbody’s multi-million dollar company with over one million customers and coaches.
She was previously, the Business Development Director at Arbonne International, and she acted as a liason between corporate and field leadership, in addition to designing and distributing tools and marketing aids. Here passion in life is helping people grow and achieve their dreams through heartfelt training and development programs!
So needless to say we are ecstatic to welcome her to the big city! Denise is going to present on the Beachbody Challenge Training and talk about the 3 vital behaviors that drive Team Beachbody Coaches. She is going to educate Coaches on the ways they can utilize tools in the back office to run effective challenge groups! This is perfect for brand new coaches who need a jump start and a direction for their challenge groups.
