This week I am starting Week 4 of my Les Mills Pump and Turbofire Program.  I also threw in some new menu items, some new workouts and ramped up my water intake.  I could tell that the afternoon sleepies were creeping in and it was totally because I wasn’t staying hydrated.  It’s so easy to let the day get away from you and forget to drink up!  It’s crazy that your water intake affects your level of alertness that much but it TOTALLY DOES!!!!

Weekly Meal plan, hanging on the fridge now

Meal planning is always key to your success!  Remember to at least take a few minutes each week to make sure that you are feeding your body the right kinds of foods!  Aim for 5-6 small meals a day every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.  That way your metabolism is fired up, your body has energy and you feel satisfied!!!
