As summer time approaches and you are getting ready for bathing suit weather, family vacations, weddings or events you want to look and feel your best. There is nothing worse than stepping onto the beach feeling bloated, self conscious and uncomfortable in your skin.  Even with just 21 days of focus, accountability, healthy eating and regular exercise you can lose up to 10 lbs, drop a pant size, increase your energy, have more confidence and feel comfortable in your dress, bathing suit or everyday clothes!

What if I told you that I have a program that can give you that and more!!!  Every time I go to an event or am in preparation for a vacation t I do what is called the Eat Clean Stripped Diet.  It is basically clean eating stripped down to the basics.  You still get to eat a significant amount of food each day, 5-6 small meals per day, I get to workout but the food is very strategically thought out.  I have been able to shed those last few pounds, feel my best, no bloating and confidence in my dress every time without fail!  I have done this for my 3rdSummit event and it works like a charm. 

So I want to teach it to you too!  I am going to be running an exclusive 21 day “lose the last 10 pounds group” starting on the 23rd of June!  For 21 days you will be focused, motivated and driven to reach your goal.  I will teach you what is good vs bad.  What clean foods to temporarily cut from your diet because they can make you hold those extra pounds.  I will teach you how to manipulate your day in order to maximize potential!  This program is perfect if you are stuck at a plateau or just can’t get to that goal!  Sometimes it takes a little tweaking to get there!

It’s not a crazy starvation diet but it’s focused!  We will address issues like portion control, food cravings, traveling, temptations, Late night snacking, road rules, and eating out at restaurants.  Life can’t stop because you are trying to be healthier, we just find ways to take a situation and turn it into a healthy one!  You can still enjoy every thing you did before you just retrain your brain to think about food as fuel vs food as comfort, enjoyment, entertainment and relaxation.
