The realization that we literally have less than 57 days until Memorial Day weekend is hitting me STRONGLY!!!  That means that you are about to begin to uncover all the bad choices, the late night snacks, the drinks and the holiday goodies you have been eating!  It means that everything you were eating in private will be revealed in public.  It means that unless you want to hide under a rock all summer long you are going to have to face it.

Sure, you can try to avoid it by wearing jeans all summer and refusing to show your legs and covering up your arms with longer sleeves.  But, truthfully you are just going to sweat your GIZZARDS off {that’s a term my DAD uses all the time}.  So why not CONTROL the CONTROLLABLE and start making some healthier changes now!  


I am on a mission to help other super busy, working, moms of young kids to transform their bodies and their nutrition and get on the path to more confidence, improved body image, and of course energy so you can keep up with the demands of a busy life!!!

You can’t use the “I AM TOO BUSY” excuse with me!  There are so many workouts that are under 30 minutes now.  The 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Insanity Max 30, 22 Minute Hard Corps and Hammer and Chisel.  Plus they all come with super easy portion controlled meal plans that are basically fool proof.  When I started my journey I was doing 30-55 minutes of workouts daily and I had to figure out the nutrition all on my own.  You are going to have much faster success than I did for this very reason!!!  

-I lost 30 lbs with a newborn and a toddler at home.

-My husband worked long hours and I was the primary caretaker.

-We didn’t have a lot of money to spend on food and exercise programs.

-I wasn’t getting much sleep because two small kids don’t always have the same sleep schedule.

But, I truly wanted to change more than I wanted to stay the same.  I was WILLING to make some short term sacrifices for long term results!  


The other piece of advice that I can give to you is this.  Don’t wait until May to start working out.  It is going to take longer than 4 weeks to get the results that you want.  You want to start now!  It takes between 4-6 weeks to really start seeing the fruits of your labors.  Start making 1 small change now so that you can see the compound effect by the time your family vacation, wedding, or other event rolls around.

As a soccer, baseball and Lacrosse mom we have a jam packed schedule of after school activities, homework and I still run a full time business.  This momma has to plan her time wisely!  So let me help you! From one mom to another… lets get our butts in gear and crush it!!
