We will be starting with 21 Day Fix, then 21 Day Fix Extreme, followed by 30 days of Hammer & Chisel and then we will switch over to the brand new 80 Day Obsession program when it launches in January! I know that I have 2 boys who are learning what it is like to exercise daily, to make healthier choices and they want to workout with Matt & I! Now we have a workout option for them that is designed to get them paired up and having a blast at home with us.
This program not only focuses on fitness but helps the parents and kids take responsibility for the foods that they are eating.
Together we are making fitness and nutrition easy for the whole family.

She lost 80 pounds with just 30-minute workouts!
Paula is a mom of 3. She started doing Beachbody programs and drinking her superfoods shake to replace one meal a day. The picture on the left is from years ago after she had a baby and her weight was 220lbs. She had a 6 year old daughter and a 4 month old baby to care for but she had no energy and her health was affected. Erin's daughters are her driving force for pushing forward. She wants to teach them confidence and to love themselves no matter what.
