This is a 3 week rapid rebuild program for anyone who wants to ramp up their fitness fast. It goes from basic 25 minute workouts to advanced 45 minute routines, all while honoring your nutrition for optimal results.

It’s great for all fitness levels. If you have a lot of weight to lose, shift shop will be your on-ramp to fitness. If you have spent time away from your regular routine, Chris will lead you through a fitness tune-up.

Summer Survival Guide

MOJITOS, MARGARITAS, PROSECCO, CHIPS AND GUAC, ICE CREAM...

I love it all! I love food! I love the sunshine and I love being outside! I love enjoy all the treats and drinks but I really don't like the way it makes me feel. Lethargic, grumpy, craving more sugar, and I definitely don't like how my waistline grows!

I have found a way to have balance but not feel deprived! This time of year I swear I need EXTRA will power, extra accountability, and EXTRA SUPPORT!

So----> I know we are all the SAME in this struggle! Having what we want right now vs, what is good for us!

For the next 5 weeks we are going to hold eachother to our fitness program, to our nutrition plan and we are going to share recipes, weekly meal plans, tips on handling temptations, late night snacking and attaching the emotional eating that gets us all!

Summer Slim Down Challenge (with optional 3 Day Refresh)

Its time to give ourselves a little detailed scrub down!!! Lets face it, no matter how healthy we think we eat, how much we think we exercise, there is always room for improvement! Everytime I challenge myself to keep track of my food, to intensify my workouts I notice big jumps in my fitness, my energy level and overall how I feel each day.

I know personally its easy to get off track. It starts with ice cream here and a cookie there, a few cocktails with friends and smores around the campfire and before you know it you feel like an overstuffed smore! All the working out in the world isn’t going to take away that bloated & sluggish feeling you get when you over eat. This challenge will focus on BBQ tips, handling vacations, going to restaurants, summer temptations with balance and not feeling deprived!

We'll start with the 3 Day Refresh, which is designed to give you fast, clean, and efficient weight loss. You can quickly drop a few pounds, break a bad habit and get back on track! It’s 3 shakes a day, a fiber drink, plenty of water, fresh fruits, veggies, and healthy fats so that you keep your energy and your metabolism going. "I was scared to invest my money in something that I wasn't sure was going to work, but I was even more scared to continue living trapped in a body I didn't recognize. "Over the last 2 years I had gained back all the weight I had lost, and had been hiding it pretty well. I was honored to have been selected as part of the test group that began the week after the cruise. I had to try out for it, and keep it all a secret up until the new coach test group was created. We will finish the 3rd round of the program this week.

I went into this not excited about the program, but was desperate to make myself do something to commit and change, but what Ive found is something even bigger. I not only LOVE this workout program, and from someone that doesn't like country music or dancing was huge...but its changed me as a person, my mindset, my confidence, and my shyness as well as odd as it may sound.

In the last 3 months, and being one of the 'smaller' test group members of my group (their results have been WAY more) Ive lost 28lbs, and gone down from a 12 to a 4/6.
