All Recipes in "Ultimate Reset"

Black Beans and Rice

This recipe is from week 1 of the Reset.  I loved it so much that I cannot wait until the Reset is over so I can have it again!!!  It’s the easiest and most flavorful meal I’ve had in a long time!  If you are a Mexican food fan, check it out!

Sweet Potato and Red Pepper Bisque

I promised to share my favorite recipes from the reset with you all!  Here are the ones that are going into rotation!

The Sweet Potato and Red Pepper Bisque is soo yummy!  My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

Pinto Beans and Rice with a Microgreen Salad

This is by far one of my favorite meals from the Reset.  I could eat it for lunch and dinner every day!  There is literally no prep at all and you can make it in bulk for the entire week.

Just portion it out in Tupperware put in the fridge and grab and go all week long!

Ultimate Reset Quinoa Salad

This recipe is brought to you straight from the Ultimate Reset.  It is perfect for lunch or dinner.  I ate it for dinner and doubled the recipe for 2 lunches.  The Quinoa is a great source of protein.  It is high in protein, calcium, and iron, quinoa is a great alternative to rice.  It is found in the grocery store near the rice.

Cucumber and Tomato Salad

Here is a really great refreshing salad that is perfect to accompany your lunch, dinner or a side dish for a get together. This recipe is from the Ultimate Reset and it is one that accompanies our family dinners and lunches quite often!!

Creamy Garlic Dressing

This is by far one of my favorite recipes in the reset.  One thing that I will never go back to is commercial salad dressing.  There is nothing like enjoying your salad and knowing that you aren’t ruining it by the dressing you put on top. This is quick and easy to make! Trust me, the whole family will rave about it!

Roasted Root Medley

I am almost 4 weeks post Ultimate Reset and I still find myself craving the candy flavor of this roasted root medley.  It is packed full of antioxidants, Vitamin A, Fiber, and complex carbs.  All of which are very important to keeping your body running in tip top shape!

This is a great way to introduce those members of your family that are hesitant to try “Healthy” meals.  This side dish can replace sweet potato casseroles and mashed potatoes at your next family meal.  Promise it is easy and really good!

This recipe is only for 1 person so you need to double up!
