I am super excited to announce that our fit club is expanding! We have officially kicked of the 724 Fit Club at Orchard Hill Church! Last week was our very first group workout. We kicked off the class with a little intro about what exactly fit club is and then I always like to share a little motivation or inspiration with the group so I played my Insanity transformation video for the class to watch. Then, we got all sweaty to P90X’s Cardio X and had a great time! After the workout we had Shakeology available to try and we mingled and discussed some Eating Clean tips with the group. It was a great time and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting some great new faces! 
I must say that the space we have available is out of this world! We have a full gymnasium with drop down screens and wonderful sound! Orchard Hill Church has been very gracious in allowing us to do the program in their facility. Usually we do not charge for the fit club but the church runs a women’s fitness program and they are charging for this class! But don’t worry it is extremely affordable and well worth the $10 per class or $35 for 5 classes or $55 for 11 classes. At a gym you go to a class do your workout and leave. At 724 Fit Club we not only provide you with an excellent workout but we spend the time to help you improve all areas of your life! I really feel that it is important to touch base on the healthy eating aspect of weight loss because in reality 80% of your weight loss comes from your diet and a mere 10% comes from exercise! So you could run and run and lift weights until you are blue in the face but if you do not modify your diet you will be stuck with those pesky pounds forever! So 724 fit club provides you with that support that you need to really make eating healthy and exercise a lifestyle change instead of another fad diet!
