I found this on pinterest and just had to share!  I know there are times when we have wicked cravings but have no idea why!  Well hopefully this can shed some light on the reasons why you crave certain foods.  Your body could be lacking specific nutrients.  In addition to lacking nutrients sometimes you are just emotionally connected to foods.  So breaking that habit takes time, conscious effort and will power.  Try replacing your cravings with these foods and see how your body reacts!!!
