It’s time to rock those skinny jeans and I am so excited to host this group to help you reach your health and fitness goals! I know that personally I enjoyed my summer a little too much (hello guac and margaritas!) and now that I’m pulling out my jeans they are a little more snug than I’d like!!

I’m ready to dial it in and what better way to do it than surrounded by a group of strong, empowering women who support and encourage one another?? I want each and every one of us to feel CONFIDENT this fall and not feel like we need to pull out our oversized sweaters to cover up the muffin top!

As a mom of 2, a business owner that puts in lots of hours each day and still tries to make her health and fitness a priority- I find it’s super easy to put myself on the back burner.  It is easy with all the demands of our busy lives to just keep putting off our health and fitness goals.  I get it- there are days where I am literally dragging myself out of bed to press play.  But I always feel better after I am done.  I always find myself having a little extra motivation knowing that I am accountable to our health and fitness accountability group.  I know that I don’t want to be the one that doesn’t show up and I also want to be the one teaching my kids to be healthy and lead by example. If they see Matt and I making healthy choices then they will too!!

So this group is going to focus on CONFIDENCE, POSITIVITY and ROCKING any OUTFIT you want to rock without thinking twice!!!  Are you ready for not just a physical transformation but a health and total body shift?

I believe that transformation happens just as much on the inside as it does on the outside. The narratives you tell yourself are incredibly powerful. So we will start by changing mindset as we change your body and nutrition too!  ARE YOU IN?!

I’m going to share with you a few transformation images of some #CONFIDENTMAMAS that I’ve had the honor of working with. These women were overworked, tired, and generally feeling blah but now they are strong, empowered, and confident enough to rock anything they want to!! This could be you!!


We are going to work together from October 8th until Thanksgiving to shed those unwanted inches and pounds. We will discuss meal planning, traveling, motivation, and more to make sure everyone gets the results they want.

Here are the requirements for the group:

  1. I am your assigned Beachbody coach.
  2. You are committed to completing a Beachbody program during the course of the challenge.
  3. You are committed to drinking Shakeology daily which will help you curb your cravings and get all the nutrients you need!
