But I would rather give it my all and know I crushed it than spend my time wishing I got started!! I was asked to be a part of an exclusive coach test group who gets to go through our not yet released program with Trainer Shaun T called Transform: 20. There are a group of coaches who were given access to the nutrition plan, the program guide, the 6 weeks of workouts that were live streamed with Shaun T daily and a private group where Shaun T himself coached us personally through the program.
The only equipment that you need for this program is a step. Shaun T created this 20 minute workout program to shred and tone your entire body. The workouts are 6 days a week, 20 minutes long and each workout focuses on your entire body.
You have 3 high intensity intervals called “transformers” where you track your reps and each week the goal is to beat your last weeks number. Each week you can see your own progress and improvement.
The program has a modifier and I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has a basic level of fitness and is ready to really improve their strength and cardio endurance.

When will the program be released?
The program will release on December 4th for pre-launch and the program will go live in our On Demand Catalog to those who purchased the early VIP access package on January 14th. My support and accountability group will begin January 14th as well!
How can I get started?
As a Coach it is my job to be your support system and walk you through the program from start to finish. I will be hosting a launch event and then also a Transform:20 Launch Group where I will be walking a select number of customers through the program in my private group. Each week you will get a Monday mindset video from me plus a daily check in, accountability, guidance through the nutrition plan, and workouts to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
