Hi, my name is Melanie and I am a recovering 100 calorie pack, diet soda, lean cuisine and smart ones user!! I believed that losing weight meant cardioing yourself to death, skipping meals and undoing all your hard work on the weekends. I had no idea how to cook “clean meals” and I went through two pregnancies at my most unhealthiest state.It wasn’t until I was backed into a corner, my clothes not fitting, my energy level non existent and my confidence at an all time low that I sought out a different path. Clearly what I was doing wasn’t working – so I needed to change.

I started working out with my virtual trainer every day in my basement with the baby monitor by my side while the boys napped. At first I resisted changing my nutrition, but after 30 days and only losing 2lbs while working out 6 days a week, I cracked!!! I embraced clean eating and my eyes were opened to a WHOLE NEW WORLD!!!! The weight started to come off, my inches dropped, my energy level soared, & I was shouting it from the rooftops that I FINALLY figured out something that worked for me.⠀

Fast forward 8 years and I’m LIVING MY MOST HEALTHIEST SELF. A lifestyle I can maintain, habits that are healthy and my kids can adopt as well. I share my story because I know that someone on the other end of the screen needs to hear that I struggled. That I was totally unhealthy, that I sucked big time but that I didn’t let it stop me. Our past habits or current situation doesn’t have to dictate our future success. You are worthy of change and you are STRONG ENOUGH TO MAKE THE CHANGE HAPPEN!⠀

Why Do I Need a Coach?

I can tell you that the biggest contributor of my results was definitely having the challenge group and my coach to support my journey.  The challenge group was such an incredible positive place for me to go for daily motivation, for a good swift kick in the pants or an attitude adjustment when I wasn’t seeing the results as fast as I would of liked.  The challenge group was literally the best thing that has ever happened to me. It taught me how to feed my body with great fuel, it taught me how to be disciplined to get my workout in daily and it taught me how to think more positively and realize that transformation isn’t a present day activity it is a lifelong process of improvement. Because of that experience almost 8 years ago I decided that I was going to become a coach!!

Look, summer is coming whether you want it to or not.  You have 2 choices.  You can run and hide from it and be miserable all summer long or you can take control of your nutrition and fitness and make the change.  You do not have to do this alone.  I will be your coach and you will have access to the group and myself 24/7.  My job is to answer your questions, help you when you get stuck, and be your biggest cheerleader.  Truly I just want you to feel in control and confident in your skin!

How Do I Get Started and What’s Involved?

So here is how it is going to go!!!

(1). You are going to make me your coach!

(2). Then we are going to talk about your health and fitness goals and pick the right program and nutrition plan for you!!!  You are going to get what our company calls a challenge pack or completion pack and in that package is going to be ALL the tools you are required to have for this group!!!

In the package is going to come with your fitness program or digital access, 1 month supply of our amazing super food shake that is going to seriously be your saving grace whether it’s to curb your sweet tooth, give you 1 meal you don’t have to think about or help you with your daily multivitamin (8 years of my daily superfoods and our whole family can vouch for its awesomeness!).

(3). You are also going to get exclusive access to my online accountability and support group where I am going to be LIVE each week sharing motivation, nutrition tips, recipes, troubleshooting all of life’s curveballs and keeping you on track to reaching your goals!!!

(4). You will be required to check in daily to the group and rate your day and answer any group discussion!  Honestly it takes about a minute if you are super busy!!!
