It has been a crazy time!! Can you even believe how much has changed in the last 7 days? Everything is changing and for most people your local gyms are closed. You might be craving some movement and connection with others!
Beachbody decided to put together a list of FREE workouts that you can stream right from home to keep you active.
I’ve spent the last 8 1/2 years working on my mindset, my fitness and my nutrition. I’ve established some habits that are truly carrying me through all this CHANGE!
I decided that I want to channel that knowledge and support in a way that helps others who might currently be feeling out of control.
So here is the scoop I am going to be hosting a 14 day FREE group with the workouts listed below.
Plus I am going to be giving you 2 sample plans to follow!
Here are the details:

We start on Monday the 23rd of March and the group runs for 14 days!
Workouts dropped into the group daily, daily accountability check-ins, live videos and more! You just have to complete the application at the top or bottom of this blog post to get the link for the private online group.

It is SO important to continue to move your body while we in are in crazy time. We are in this together, just from home!!
