Ahhh I hate to even write the words "Back To School" because I am enjoying summer so much! But, seriously.... by the time that I kick off this group we will be right in the middle of back to school prep! So I guess we need to start planning now!
We are prepping for our fall routine and of course the last thing that we want to think about is ourselves right? We know that our schedule is about to get busy with soccer, baseball, school pick up and drop off. But, I have learned in the past 7 years that the best thing I can do is MAKE not FIND the time for myself. 30 minutes a day I workout and I fuel up with good foods and I have the energy to be mom, business woman, wife and not lose my cool!
My workouts are my "ME" time and my nutrition keeps me moving forward. So I am going to TEACH YOU HOW TO DO IT TOO!
Do you need a little accountability during this crazy time of life? Don't let the hustle and bustle of life set you back. Take control of what you can control and lets make health and fitness a lifestyle change vs a crash diet. If you feel you need a little detox after all the sugar and alcohol you may have consumed (helloooooo, margaritas and cake!!) then this is the challenge group for you!
We are going to discuss meal planning, making "me time", dealing with back to school stress, detoxing from sugar, and more!!

It's the end of summer and I feel like we are all hanging on by a thread. Trying to find the time to get in our workouts, the struggle with eating healthy vs just throwing your hands up in defeat and eating whatever you dang well please!! But on the inside you are truly wanting to feel and look your best. My friends, the STRUGGLE is REAL!!!!
So over the next 6 weeks we are going to address all of these things! Each week we have a different mindset, different focus and the goal is to work together as a group and to support each other in reaching your own personal health and fitness goals.

"Over the last 2 years I had gained back all the weight I had lost, and had been hiding it pretty well. I was honored to have been selected as part of the test group that began the week after the cruise. I had to try out for it, and keep it all a secret up until the new coach test group was created. We will finish the 3rd round of the program this week.
I went into this not excited about the program, but was desperate to make myself do something to commit and change, but what Ive found is something even bigger. I not only LOVE this workout program, and from someone that doesn't like country music or dancing was huge...but its changed me as a person, my mindset, my confidence, and my shyness as well as odd as it may sound.
In the last 3 months, and being one of the 'smaller' test group members of my group (their results have been WAY more) Ive lost 28lbs, and gone down from a 12 to a 4/6.
Just saying - even if you never thought you'd try this program out, just do it.. just do it for the 30 days, and if not for you, but for the person thats just like me that you can share it with and change their life - its fun, its low impact with tons of movement to burn calories, it makes you sweat, and its works!!.

Erin's daughters are her driving force for pushing forward. She wants to teach them confidence and to love themselves no matter what.
