This morning I woke up with a long list of things to do! I was feeling a little run down so I decided to take a rest day today instead of pushing myself to get up at 5 am. The Pittsburgh Leadership Council is hosting a Beachbody Challenge training this weekend in Pittsburgh. I have 1 on 1 meetings with Nate Farnsworth and my leaders today, dinner tonight and the event tomorrow. So needless to say it’s a busy day!
When I woke up and got myself together I sat down to the computer to do my daily check ins with my team and my challenge groups. I was taken back by a video that one of my super star coaches Marlena Hedine created. I guess I should probably back up and give you some history! Yesterday the leader boards for Beachbody Coaches in January came out. I got a call from a good friend of mine Seay screaming in my ear telling me that I was ranked #5 in all of Beachbody! That means that out of 100,000 coaches in the network my organization is 5th!!! I seriously fell off my chair. I had to go and look for myself because I didn’t believe her! I knew that my team had an amazing January but I had no idea that we HAD THAT AMAZING OF A MONTH! I mean we blew the socks off of the leaders in the organization! In one year I went from an Emerald Beachbody Coach to a 2 Star Diamond Elite Coach which means my income quadrupled, I now get monthly car allowance and quarterly bonus for my hard work. It was really cool to see the poster come out this year of all the Elite Coaches and BE ON THERE!!
I really had to pinch myself a few times yesterday to imagine that this was truly happening. I can honestly say that I have worked really hard to get myself to where I am today. I value the leadership of my team. I want to grow this team very organically and with passion and drive. My focus is always about helping other people achieve their own goals and then mine are second. There is no greater joy than seeing the coaches on my team succeed! I love watching challengers have transformations and change their lives! I love being a part of something so inspiring!
I sat last night reflecting on what would of happened if I would have listened to everyone out there who didn’t believe in me. What would happen if I quit and went back to the way I was before? I have literally impacted hundreds of lives in 18 months. Where would those people be if I didn’t keep talking about clean eating, Beachbody and Shakeology!? What I do know is this:
When you believe in your passion, you believe in your ability to move mountains then you cannot be stopped. No matter how tough the road ahead gets never stop believing that you were meant for greatness. Know that there will always be someone there to knock down your dreams. But what defines you is the decision you make. Do you let that person put out your fire or do you use it as fuel to make it grow bigger?

I literally started crying the minute that the video started and I had chills all over my body. This really puts into perspective the amount of influence that one person can have on many. It all started with a choice to commit to completing Insanity. It started with a 30 pound weight loss and then moved to me becoming a coach. It started with hundreds of No’s and failures. It started with the belief that what I am doing can change your life! I am still writing my story but now it’s filled with my challengers weight loss goals being accomplished, my coaches growing successful businesses, financial freedom, confidence, family, support and team work!
I am a faithful person and I believe that God has a bigger plan for me and my team! I know that it is only going to go up from here! I have big dreams for my team and I want them all to succeed. My commitment to my team is to provide them with the support, the tools and the atmosphere to be successful! If they choose to accept!
