I could not be more proud of my amazing husband for deciding to do the 21 Day Ultimate Reset and then just absolutely crushing the results.

He lost 20 lbs in 21 day days and has completely cut his cravings for sweets, detoxed from all the beer and food that he had been eating and is officially back on track with his workouts and his clean eating. Just because we live a healthy lifestyle and we workout doesn’t mean that we do not sometimes have slip ups along the way. This is a normal part of life. Sometimes life gets in the way and you just need a re boot.

What is the Ultimate Reset? I find that people get it confused with the the 3 Day Refresh. It is a 21 day program that is designed to help your body detox from all of the toxins, the additives, the overly processed foods and chemicals that are in our foods and restore your body back to its natural state. It’s perfect if you feel like no matter what you do, you cannot get back on track. It’s also great if you have hit a plateau in your fitness journey, this can jump start your progress again. The Reset is also great if you cannot workout or you have very poor nutrition habits. The program is designed to JUST focus on your nutrition! There is no working out during this 21 days. Your energy is all focused on what you are eating.
You cook all of your own food and you follow a very specific meal plan that is laid out for you in the program guide. You can swap out the meals you don’t like for another meal that you do like within that week. You have options so that it truly can work for everyone. It is well worth the preparation, the focused nutrition and the results.

A few things to consider:
1. You have to be motivated to make a change! When you commit to the 21 Day Ultimate Reset you have to be 100% game on! It takes commitment, it takes motivation and determination because there will be temptations, there will be times when it would be easy to cheat a little. But, if you are focused just like Matt was then you will get the results.

2. You have to be able to prep and cook your food each week. You can prep your meals the night before or bulk cook on the weekends but planning is key. You can’t just fly by the seat of your pants on this one. The good thing is that there are printable grocery lists, there is support through my accountability groups and there are tips and tricks we have learned along the way to make it easier. But you do have to put in the effort to make it work!

3. No excuses. If you want to change you have to make up your mind that you are going to do this no matter what! There will never be a perfect time, there is just the time that you commit and that time is now!
