If you follow me on social media you may have noticed that I have been on the road quite a bit lately. I have been to LA, San Diego, Deep Creek Maryland, Boston MA, and now Phoenix AZ. I have been on a mission to visit and get to know as many of my leaders and their teams as possible. If I have the free weekend I have been booking trips to their leadership retreats to mastermind, to do training and just get to know my organization. As we grow larger it is obviously harder to keep that personal connection and then add the fact that we are spread out across the United States. So this year my mission was to visit my team and be able to pour into them as much as possible. I believe in servant leadership and always giving everything that you have created to your team. Their success is obviously your success and there is no greater joy than seeing your coaches reach their business and fitness goals.
My Elite Coach Keri Mignano invited me to speak at their Super Saturday event in Phoenix AZ. I saw the perfect opportunity to also transform that into a team retreat weekend where I could get to know her team as well. We had an incredible weekend full of great food, lots of laughs, training, live workouts and masterminds. I had a blast at the event! As much as I hate leaving my babies and my husband I really do love my career and being able to travel and add value in my job.
If you would like to see my presentation at the Super Saturday event you can watch it here:
My topic was “Pitching To Your Niche”
Pitching to your niche in your business is key to your success. If you do not know your audience, what their current problems and roadblocks are and then how you can solve their problems then you cannot effectively build a business. In this presentation I walk them through the steps of identifying and targeting their market of people they most relate too. Use this presentation and this visual to figure out your niche and begin to have more success in your business.
We also did a live Q&A which was incredible as well and here is the recording from Jimmy and I.
After the event was over we went back to Keri’s house and had lunch followed by 1:1 mentoring sessions I did with qualified coaches. We did some ice breakers, had dinner and played games.
It was a blast. I really enjoyed getting to know the ladies and I can’t wait to see them again really really soon!
Some people might look at my job and say, “that’s not for me”. I totally get it! I never imagined I would be traveling and speaking at events 5 years ago. I was literally just looking to lose a few lbs after having my boys. But, I was inspired by challenge groups and I saw this opportunity to make a mark and a lasting impression that I just couldn’t pass up. So as my vision grew, as my business grew, I learned all of the things that I have done by researching, practicing, trying and failing forward. You don’t ever HAVE to do what I do to be a coach. But, if it does interest you in any way please send me an email or complete my coach application and I will send you even more information.
