I’ve been thinking a lot about how I’m going mentor my health and fitness clients this year.

The one thing that I want for my clients more than anything else is to see each person I mentor walk away with the tools to feel empowered to continue on their health and fitness journey for life. I want to help and create a lifestyle change!

For as long as I can remember, I have always believed that our health and fitness journey will always be evolving based on where we are in life.

I started my journey when Landon and Bryce were babies, I was a stay at home mom who was navigating sleepless nights, irregular routines and the need to get my post pregnancy body back.

Since my boys got older and as I started reaching my weight loss goals my perspective shifted regarding my health and fitness journey.

My workouts were no longer about reaching a number on the scale and my food became fuel to get me through my busy days as a business owner, mom and wife.

Every season of life over the past 9 years has brought new challenges to work through to stay healthy mentally, physically and nutritionally.

Ever since I had myself create a lifestyle change, I have never looked back.

One of my favorite parts of being a coach is that I love that when my clients work with me that I can provide them with a wide array of perspective and experience to help you reach your goals.

Here is the scoop on what you can expect for the new year so that we can get you plugged into the right group in time to kick off our new years groups.

Let’s Toast To 2021, Fit Club

The 2021 virtual fit club is a closed online accountability/support group where I will be your mentor. I will help you choose a health and fitness program that meets your needs + match you up with a nutrition program that works best for your goals and create a lifestyle change that is FIT FOR YOU!

You will be required to choose a workout program (which I can help you choose the best one) from our workout catalog & a nutrition program that is focused on clean eating and proper portion control.

Preaching a lifestyle change vs a crash or fad die ALWAYS!

Then, once you have completed your kit purchase you will be added into the online group.

Set realistic and achievable goals is a huge part of this process, so we will begin the prep process together.

In the group you will get:

📝 Daily posts with tips, recipes, advice, motivation to help you start and finish the program to get the results you desire

🍎 Weekly meal plans

⬛️  Access to other women just like you who are committed to their journey for friendship, conversation & support

➡️ Daily check-ins for support and accountability

Prep week starts on the 4th of January with the plan and prep, and day 1 of workouts and nutrition will begin on January 11th and run until February 7th.

Once it is February 7th, you can continue on to the February group or you are welcome to continue on your own!

The second group I am providing is our newest workout program specific, 9 week control freak!

Total Control in 2021

The total control in 2021 is about:

taking control of the areas of your life you can control

vs.

fixating on the things you have no control over.

For example, I can control my food choices by choosing fresh fruits and veggies.

Or, a healthier sweet treat vs. binging on the sugar cookies after a stressful day with the kids.

I can choose to workout instead of hitting snooze.

I can choose to meditate using the BOD app instead of drinking wine when I’m stressed.

There are endless choices for positive change, sometimes you just need to know what your options are & figure out what works best for you!

That is what we are doing in this 9 week program. We will be working out to the brand new 9 Week Control Freak program that was created by Autumn Calabrese. We will also be following her Ultimate Portion Fix nutrition program and checking in daily to the BOD app.
