What Are the LET’S GET UP! Workouts Like?
The LET’S GET UP! program is a 30 day program, 6 days a week for only 30-35 minutes a day.
The workouts consist of simple cardio dance sequences, bodyweight resistance training, and even some INSANITY-based moves set to music!!!! Where are my INSANITY lovers at!?
The burn is going to be R E A L in this program. Just because we are dancing doesn’t mean we wont be dripping in sweat!!!
You’ll also get five bonus rhythmic stretching segments where Shaun keeps the good vibes going as he helps you stay motivated to reach your goals.

What Equipment Do I Need?
The dance workouts require no equipment. For the resistance workouts, all you need are some light to medium dumbbells.
