I am so excited to announce that we have a new program from Amoila Cesar, the creator of The Work & The Prep. His new program is 645.
What is 645?
645 is going to be one amazing program. Amoila is going to focus on the mind-body connections. This program is a combination of cardio, strength training, and mobility. 645 is a cutting-edge strength and mobility training style to help you build incredible power, while you continue to drop weight.
Press play on your workout to begin with a total body warm-up that activates your muscles and readies them for the next 45 minutes of hard work.
Why does Amoila focus on the warm-up? Without it, our bodies will not be prepared. Therefore, every time you are getting ready to move your body, you will warm up every muscle group that way you are getting the most out of your reps and moves.
645 is 6 days a week, 45 minutes a day, for 13 weeks. Each day and week build off each other. 4 days include strength training, power, and hypertrophy. Wednesday is for focus on mobility + stability. And, the 6th day, Saturday is 45 minutes of sweat-drenching cardio. Leaving Sunday, as your day to rest.
645 is perfect for you!

You can be at any fitness level, and crush this program. Amoila made sure of it with the proper modifications.

What equipment do you need?
We are adding to the toolbox. Amoila is introducing Power Loops.
You will need a set of light, medium, and heavy dumbbells to help enhance results, however, a mat is optional.
