Where are my original 21 Day Fix, 80 Day Obsession, or just Autumn Fans in general?! I am SO EXCITED!

Autumn Calabrese  is BACK with something new: her own 21 Day Fix Super Block! 

21 Day Fix is incredibly popular for good reason: A promise of feeling great and making predictable progress week by week with easy-to-follow 30-minute workouts and a simple approach to eating. 

Now Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese has remade her megahit program using the proven block periodization structure, with new moves and popular music!

 

This block is the April Super Block, becoming available on April 3rd! 

She brings the experience to life with a balance of resistance training and cardio, plus her signature combination of fun motivation and tough love. Expect to feel great with each workout as you focus on your Health Esteem and celebrate all that you’re capable of.

An important part of block periodization is the 4th week, called your UP Week.

An UP Week the week you will do two active recovery workouts and have an opportunity to build a strong and resilient mindset with themed content from personal development experts. 

With this Super Block, you’ll finish every workout feeling even better than when you started. By the end of the four weeks your body and mind will be amped up and ready for your next challenge. 

How does the original 21 Day Fix program differ from the 21 Day Fix Super Block: 

  1. All the moves in the new Super Block are completely different. The format is the same (1 minute moves, 30 second rest, 2 sets). They’re still simple moves that can be modified for beginners, but they’re brand new (and amazing!).

  2. 21 Day Fix Super Block has 17 total workouts – 5 workouts/week plus 2 “Up” week workouts . You will repeat the moves in each workout (for example Upper Fix has the same moves week 1, week 2 and week 3 but Autumn’s motivation and content is different each week). The original had 21 workouts – 7 per week, repeated (same EXACT workout replayed again).

  3. The new super block doesn’t have pilates or yoga. Autumn encourages you to do these on the weekend if you need more or want an active recovery.

  4. Both workout programs include a bonus ab workout, but in the 21 Day Fix Super Block the workout is 5 minutes (a BODI “5er”)

  5. The new 21 Day fix Super block is on BODI – all workouts on BODi are set to hit music. Autumn created a new playlist for EVERY workout and is very thoughtful when choosing the vibe in comparison to what she’ll be talking about that day.


Do I need to pay extra for a Super Block?
