As a top leader in my direct sales company I have enrolled, supported and mentored hundreds of women in achieving their own dreams and goals for their lives. Over the past 10 years, I have not only grown my own online platform from 0 to over 90K followers but I’ve launched a successful podcast, Women Inspiring Women to share the practices that have allowed me to grow and scale my own business to the multi million dollar level.

I have developed systems and processes for onboarding, recruitment, duplication, leadership, productivity, time management and marketing that I teach to people I mentor through private coaching, customized workshops and keynote presentations.

I am passionate about teaching the tools and techniques that have given me flexibility and freedom because I want women to feel empowered to go after what they truly want in life!

I get no greater joy than seeing another business owner achieve their goals knowing that something I taught them allowed them to have a breakthrough!

Over the past 10 years, I have trained on stage at leadership conferences on my recruitment and marketing strategies to effectively launch new products, programs and services to reach your business goals. I have given keynote presentations on time management, productivity, managing your team and your own personal time and more. I truly believe that anyone can achieve their goals if they are willing to put in the work to make it happen. Success is not luck! What Is Chic Influencer?

Chic Influencer is a company that my business partner Katy Ursta and I created in 2018 to support women in business with strategy, systems, online marketing, building a solid brand message and leadership development.  

Chic Influencer has multiple opportunities for training, support and accountability whether you are a business owner who is just getting started, you are a business owner ready to majorly scale up your business, or a company looking to provide your field staff with training and mentorship.  

Katy and I customize every workshop, mentorship, private coaching and keynote presentation to the needs of the client we are working with.  We absolutely love what we do and are committed to helping you succeed!

Private Coaching

I am also passionate about hiring a business coach that has walked the walk and talked the talk.  You know, someone who has done the things that you want to do.  I firmly believe that everyone should have a business coach throughout their career.  

The mentors that I have had in the past shaped my thinking, empowered and challenged me in new ways and have helped me reach levels I never thought possible.

I want to be the same thing to other women as well. 

I created the private coaching program with my business partner Katy Ursta.

You can have an opportunity to work with Katy and/or myself for either a six month or one year time period.  During the coaching program, we customize the content to meet your specific business goals.  We provide an opportunity to connect through a virtual zoom meeting twice a month and access to a whatsapp chat for daily correspondence.  Each client has access to all recordings, documents and content created during the coaching sessions.  

Our goal is to push you out of your comfort zone, empower you with tools to create both flexibility and freedom in your business so that you can truly enjoy building the life and business of your dreams.  We are skilled at teaching recruitment, marketing, front and back end marketing, storytelling and branding, systems, duplication and leadership!  You truly are getting the total package when you hire Melanie and/or Katy to coach you!

Coaching on the Dream Team

I had been using Beachbody programs such as P90X and Insanity for the past 2 ½ months and I had never felt better in my life.  I also learned how to eat clean and I was completely transforming our families health.  All I could think was that if I can help one person change their life, then coaching is worth it!  

I launched my business on Facebook and started the Committed To Getting Fit blog where I would blog 5-6 times a week my favorite clean recipes, my top tips and mindset hacks for reaching your health and fitness goals.  

I had less than 100 friends on Facebook, I didn’t have an Instagram account and I had never done anything like this before!  I’m a natural introvert and putting myself out there on social media made my stomach drop.  But, there was something inside of me that was really pushing me to have the courage to go after this opportunity.

I started to build my business in the pockets of mom life.  My boys were 6 months and 2 ½ at the time I started coaching. 

I would wake up early, work during their nap times, evenings and weekends to get my business going. After listening to a team call on Monday night where I heard stories of how other women were affording vacations, paying off bills and upgrading their homes I was really IN!!!  We were living paycheck to paycheck and there was not a family vacation in the near future.  There was literally less than $100 left each month after our bills were paid.  Seriously, was this all there was to life?  I’m just barely going to get by? We are just going to work and kinda sorta make ends meet?  

I saw coaching as a way to provide income for our family and an opportunity to create a different path than just STRUGGLE for us!

I went ALL IN!  I wanted to climb to the top of the company!!!  I wanted to earn the rewards trips to tropical destinations, I wanted to walk across stage as an Elite Coach.  I thrived on the recognition and rewards plus knowing that my job was having a positive impact on the lives of others.  I knew that this was a chance to truly live out my passion for helping others and creating freedom for my family.

 I worked so hard to create a foundation for my business.  I showed up consistently on social media, I shared my own personal journey, I invited other people to join me and I wasn’t afraid to be bold in my posts about what I wanted to achieve!!!  I worked in the space between the boys waking up each morning, nap time, evenings and weekends to get my business going.

I started to gain traction with my social content and people not only invested in me to help them reach their health and fitness goals but people wanted to join my team too!!!

I went from being this small town girls from Mars, PA to achieving the top 1% in the company my first full year as a coach.  The next year I was the #2 coach in the entire coaching network.  The following year I took the Top Coach spot and went on to achieve top coach for the next 4 years in a row.  I’ve been an Elite 10 Coach for 7 years. I was asked to serve on our Coach Advisory Board for 4 years and I received the CEO Award from the company at our annual summit.  I have achieved Super Star Diamond, 3 times and I am currently one of the top earners in the company.  Sometimes I feel like pinching myself!  Is this real life?  How can I love what I do this much!!  

The best part about coaching is seeing my team succeed!  I truly love serving my team and helping them to create the level of success that they desire.  I have created a new coach mentorship for my team, leadership training and mentorship at every level of their coaching journey.  I truly believe that each Coach is different and knowing your coaches strengths,  their drivers for success and their personality style all  allow me to coach each person on the team individually.
