Starting August 21st 2012 Revolution Physical Therapy and Melanie Mitro, Independent Beachbody Coach will be launching a 12 week health and fitness program. This program is designed to give you the support that you need to reach your health and fitness goals in a group setting. Currently I run Beachbody Challenge Groups for 12 weeks through a closed facebook support group. This means that each participant has committed to completed a fitness program of their choice, replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology and transforming their eating habits to a cleaner lifestyle. With my daily guidance each participant works out in the comfort of their own home and checks into the group daily to receive meal planning, recipes, motivation, and accountability to start and finish the fitness program and ultimately transform their eating habits and exercise habits for the rest of their lives.- Grocery Shopping effectively

- Staying healthy while traveling
- Motivation
- Accountability
- Dealing with plateaus in your weight loss, ect…
Each participant will be required to be an active participant in their 12 week program by attending once a week sessions, committing to follow a fitness program and meal plan and replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the duration of the program. In return the participants will have direct access to myself and the staff at Revolution Physical Therapy along with access to the online community of support, personalized testing for body fat, current health assessment along with receiving daily emails, handouts, meal plans, and recipes to keep you on track to meeting your own personal goals.
Weekly meetings will occur every Tuesday night at 6:00 pm followed by an optional workout at 7:00 pm.
