So I am getting ready to kick off 2 new challenges starting tomorrow! My Busy Women’s 10 minute trainer challenge and my Fit for the Holidays Challenge. I have an amazing group of women who have committed to replacing 1 meal per day with Shakeology and completing their fitness program! I logged in today to post our week 1 assignments and assign each member their accountability partner and the message group was buzzing with activity! The girls were posting on their goals, their nervousness about starting the program and excitement about what this journey has in store for them! I got butterflies in my stomach just seeing how motivated these ladies are about getting healthy and fit! This is why I LOVE my job! I love inspiring others to be a healthier and more fit version of themselves!
The support and motivation that these girls will receive in this challenge is not quantifiable. If you give 110% to the program then you will succeed! I will get to put your transformation video in my library of success stories. When I started coaching my only goal was to transform 1 persons life and I can honestly say that I have a handful in the wings right now! People are not only changing physically, but emotionally as well. We are becoming stronger, faster, healthier and happier. Our outward appearance is radiating with energy! My beachbody challengers keep me focused and driven to be better and not to miss a workout because they are counting on me! I can speak from experience each day when I talk about Beachbody and Eating Clean.
So I want to wish my 2 wonderful groups the best of luck in the next coming months and remember that you are doing this for yourself. When times get tough, visualize your perfect body and keep pushing play. Schedule your workout like you would schedule a meeting with your boss (it’s non-negotiable). This is your time and for you to be the best mother, wife, daughter, ect… that you can be, you must first focus on yourself! That is not selfish!
I am here with you every step of the way and I’m willing to do what it takes to keep you on track!
