My absolute favorite workouts are the type of workouts that absolutely kick your butt and leave you dripping in sweat.  When I workout I want to feel like I really did some hard work!   Insanity is the one workout that leaves me breathless and on the floor most days.  With all that cardio and strength training I tend to need some low impact workouts that still sculpt and tone my body.  My one area of improvement continues to be my butt aka crack in the back as my husband would say!!! (in a loving way of course)  I decided to give Brazil Butt Lift a try last December and was amazed at how sore one person’s rear end could be without having to break a crazy intense sweat.  It was a nice change of pace but it also firmed and lifted my butt in a great way.  The ab workout I swear is harder than Tony Horton’s P90X Ab Ripper!  So in order to keep my love for the fat blasting portion with Insanity and booty boosting of Brazil Butt Lift I found this hybrid to give you the mix and the best of both worlds!!!  If you try it, post your results or give me your feedback!  I would love to hear what you think!!!
