It is less than 24 hours since we have returned home from the Elite 10 Trip To Greece and I am still pretty jet lagged but oh so grateful for another amazing experience. If you have been following my blog or my social media then you know that I have been a BODi Coach since 2011. If you are brand new to my account and page, WELCOME!!! I’m very glad you are here reading my blog. I started my blog in 2011 as I was going through my own health and fitness journey. This blog was a way for me to share the ups and downs, my progress and what I was learning about myself as I went through the post pregnancy journey to finding myself again. In the process of blogging and sharing on social media I uncovered this passion for helping people learn to eat clean, to make exercise a part of their lifestyle and I fell in love with building a business based on my experiences.
In 2011 when I started my business I had ZERO followers, I had less than 100 friends on Facebook, I didn’t have a blog, Youtube channel, Instagram Account and I had never taken a selfie EVERRR! I had connected with my “coach” based on a Facebook post that I did talking about wanting to lose weight so I was eating celery. My coach reached out to me and invited me to join a “challenge group”. I had no idea what a challenge group was, but based on her own posts on social media- I was willing to do whatever she was doing because she looked amazing!
Every single day I think about how much courage my coach had to reach out to me and invite me. I think about how blessed I am that she shared her story and invited me. My life is forever changed because of that courage she showed to me. My job is to pay that forward, to make an impact and change as many lives as I can change.
As a new coach I was like a sponge. I was soaking up every single ounce of training I could find on how to launch and grow my business. I got on every single national wake up call, team training, and attended any local events that were available to me. I spent every free second of my day growing my followers, creating content that would build trust with my new followers and teaching people how to live a healthier lifestyle. I started reading personal development to help me better understand the mindset required to grow a business and while I was raising my babies I was building this foundation for my future business that was about to knock the socks off our family.
My husband definitely thought I was a little CRAZY and he did not quite understand what BODi Coaching was all about. He was what I call a skeptical husband but he was willing to give it a try as long as I actually earned money at it.
In the first year I was steadily growing in customers, I was starting to grow my team and my income was rising!! Over the years I went from a brand new customer, to losing 30 lbs, to growing a team which is now the 4X top team in the entire BODi Company. I went from a small town mom from Mars, PA to public speaker, million dollar earner with the company, living life on my own terms. This business has allowed my husband and I to work for ourselves and it is our mission to help as many other people as we can achieve the level of success that they desire.

So now how did we EARN THIS TRIP TO GREECE?
So here is the scoop! Every year the company has a qualification period where every coach has the opportunity to earn this trip. The Elite 10 Trip is an all expenses paid first class trip. In previous years we have gone to Bora Bora, Italy, Amalif Coast, Paris, and this year was Greece. This is my 6th Elite 10 trip I have earned. A coach earns this trip through advancing and growing their teams, developing leaders and growth over and above the year before. I’m very proud of the Dream Team and the fact that we continue to produce an incredible amount of leaders, we have tremendous growth and our team is thriving and growing both financially and physically. In 2018 the Dream Team was the #2 team in the entire coach network and we earned the trip!!! So Matt and I packed our bags last week to head to our first island called Mykonos then off to Santorini for the second half of the trip. Greece was even more beautiful than I had ever imagined and I feel like the photos don’t even do it justice. Beachbody just continues to amaze us with their attention to detail, the experiences that they create for all of the Elite 10 coaches and the memories that will last a lifetime.
The cool part is that ANYONE can EARN this TRIP. I remember sitting in the audience of a BODi event watching coaches get recognized for Elite 10 that year. They were on a trip to Argentina and it looked glamorous. I remember thinking that if they can do it, then why NOT ME!!! I listened to their stories and I wanted to be up there with them. I didn’t just want to earn the trips but I wanted to earn that freedom that they spoke of. I wanted the residual income that came along with growing a team and I wanted to have other amazing people that I could link arms with, mastermind and grow together.
So WHY NOT YOU?
It’s amazing to see each and every year new coaches rise up and move into our top 10 in the company. These trips are possible for anyone who is willing to do the work! There are women who are pregnant, just had new babies, have kids that are off to college, are nurses, teachers, SAHM’s and more as coaches. This is not a one size fits all business. Everyone is entitled to success!

What Did We Do On This Trip?
While on the Elite 10 Trip we got to do some pretty amazing things! We took a boat to the island of Paros to see the ancient ruins, boated from Mykonos to Santorini, hiked through the hills of the Islands, ate amazing food, relaxed on the beaches, ate more amazing food, shopped in the towns and enjoyed many amazing moments together. The best part about this trip is the incredible friendships that we have gained through Beachbody. I would not of met some of my closest friends if it were not for me getting out of my comfort zone and pursuing the coaching opportunity.
For Matt and I these trips are a once in a lifetime experience. We are so grateful that we get to go on these adventures together, meet such great people, and create memories together. Every ounce of hard work is worth it and I cannot imagine life any other way!!
