Happy Saturday!  Meet Kimberly Call my current challenger and brand new coach!  She started her journey with me doing Turbofire in my 30 Day Clean Eating and Shakeology group 2 months ago.  From the minute she committed to the group she has not stopped.  She has focused on making the meal planning a part of her routine, her exercise happens on a regular basis and because of that dedication to being an active member of the challenge group her results are astounding!  Check it out!

Day 1 weighed: 160.2 Day 60 weighed 145.4

She chose to do Turbofire as her workout and she was replacing 1 meal a day with Shakeology for the past 60 days.  She committed to following the curriculum of the 30 day clean eating and shakeology group and got amazing results!  It isn’t rocket science, it’s not a starvation diet, but it’s eating 5-6 small meals per day, eating normal food.  The key is to pay attention to the portion size, the type of foods that you are eating, drinking enough water and regular exercise.  There are foods that you limit and stay away from but I have so many replacements and recipes to share with you that you won’t even notice that you aren’t eating your previously fat loaded foods now!

I am just beyond proud and excited for Kim!  Honestly I know it’s hard but she did it with flying colors!  It totally make me want to dance!!!

The biggest win is that she gets to go into the holidays with motivation, confidence and even some new clothes!  No more feeling blah and lacking energy!  It’s GAME ON and she’s not stopping!  I’m so extremely proud of her accomplishments and I couldn’t wait to share it with you.

I just want you to know that it’s possible to really truly change your life.  Trust me it’s not always easy and both Kim and I can vouch that there are just days where it would be easier to give up and go back to bed.  But, we started slow, we did our workout every day even if it wasn’t perfect but over time that consistent pattern is what has brought about success!  So now here we are today with a new habit, more energy and a healthier lifestyle!!!!
