It’s Transformation Tuesday and of course I decided to switch it up a little bit! My all time absolute soul mate workout is the 21 day fix! I love everything about it. I think the workouts are the perfect mix of cardio, strength training and intensity. There are modifications no matter what your ability level and the food storage containers just make it the icing on the cake!!!
Today I want to share with you a post I did on my Facebook page. Instead of posting a transformation I found I asked my followers to share with me their 21 Day Fix Results. I want everyone to be proud of their hard work and know that they are doing something amazing for themselves and inspiring others to believe in themselves too! If you are on the fence about whether or not the 21 day fix works this should be validation enough that there is something real to this!!!

Whitney’s Results 21 Day Fix
Jill-The fix has taught me all about portion controls. I cannot look at a meal without thinking what color container it goes into or if the portion size is too big! I love the fix and it is by far my favorite program.
Blair- I have lost 30 pounds after 2 rounds of the 21 day fix! Portions, healthy eating and exercise making for the perfect combination.
Krystine- Lost 15 pounds but gained a lot of knowledge about clean eating and how important it is to make you feel good!
Sherry- Love the portion control! Have learned so much with this program! Down 21 lbs and 27.5 inches to date
Barb-This is from 3 rounds of 21 DF, lost 23lbs. The containers really helped me the most. Getting a hold of portions and which foods I should be eating and how much. I no longer have to really watch my sodium intake although I still keep track of it, but it has been below range every day. This has not only given me a means of losing some weight, but a way I can eat for the rest of my life given the restrictions I have from my Doctors.

Sheila- 21 day fix is amazing. Probably my favorite beachbody workout!. I love that it combines weights and cardio, but what I love the most is the portion control aspect of it. Even after I was done with the program I still think about the portion size of everything I eat which has kept me on track!
Kyle- After my first 21fix. From march to april. I did it a second time and hit the gym now I mostly just do the gym with my shake everyday hoping to have a 6 month progress pic up later this week
