I don’t believe that your health is determined by the number on the scale. I believe that health is the food that you put into your body, the way that you move your body daily and the content you read or listen to. Health is just as much of an inside job as it is an outside job. I can help you live your most fulling and joy filled life with my online health and fitness accountability groups.

I am the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast that I began back in 2016. I share tips for mindset, strategy and business ownership as it relates directly to my role as the top coach of Team Beachbody. I am also the Co-Host of the Make Chic Happen Podcast that I launched with my business partner in 2019. We provide tips on social media strategy, storytelling and business ownership.
