Clear vision is everything when you are building a business! This past week I hosted my 3 Secrets To Building A Six Figure + Direct Sales Team masterclass, and one of the things that really stuck out to me was how so many people, when I was teaching about vision and we were talking about the importance of actually having a clear vision, most people said a few things to themselves.

They either said their vision wasn’t clear; they didn’t actually have a clarity in their vision or said I’m not sure that success is actually possible for me, and they weren’t doing their vision activity in a way that was was really propelling them into action.

My goal is to help you understand why it is so crucial to have a clear vision, and more importantly how to set yourself up for success with your clear attainable goals.

When you have belief in yourself, in your vision, it creates magnetism towards what you have to offer.

Messy action, imperfect action is so much better than perfect inaction. Perfection does not exist!

If we sit here and wait until we’ve achieved the next rank or have a bigger paycheck, or have working members to our team before we actually start sharing the vision or talking about the opportunity, we’re missing out because there are people that are inspired by you, and you need to show them that there’s an opportunity to build the business alongside of you!!!

Before we can actually share a vision, we need to go back and we need to ask ourselves: what is my actual vision?

In 2011, I was reading a book by Chalene Johnson, called Push. In that book, she talks about how to goal set and how to create a clear vision for your life. Chalene emphasizes if you could have anything you want in life, if time wasn’t an issue, if money wasn’t an issue, if you had unlimited support – What would you want to accomplish? Dream big. What would you want to do?

There was a thought that went through my head of I’ve never in my life asked the question, what would I want to do with my future if time or money or support wasn’t an issue? Because I only ever thought about being a mom, staying home with my boys, raising a family, and supporting my husband.

I never really, until that moment where I was in the thick of the beginning days of building my direct sales business, that I started to think that there was actually success that was possible for me outside of those four walls that I was living in. It felt really uncomfortable to write down the things that I wanted.

All the dreams I had, I wrote them down, and sat with them, then I was starting to see other people in the direct sales space, the people that walk across stage at conferences, people that you see on social media, I thought to myself, if it’s possible for them, that it’s got to be possible for me too.

I started to believe that, because it was possible for them, it was possible for me. I started to take that vision, and believed it; believed in myself.

Every single morning, I would read out loud my vision to myself. I started to visualize the way that I would feel fulfilled because I was contributing to our family. I created that clear vision, and as I wrote it out, I would read it back to myself every single day!

As the alarm would go off at 5:00AM, I would think about the vision, I would think about the memories I was creating, how, Matt and I weren’t going to be arguing every single week about the groceries and the bills and what I was spending when I went to Target.

I visualized all of those things becoming my reality, but I knew I needed to take action because nothing happens if you don’t put in the work. If you are lacking some motivation right now, read this blog to help you get back on track! Read Here.

It needed to be small, seemingly insignificant, very messy action that I was doing day after day after day that was going to repeat over time, which in return was going to be me achieving the vision that I wanted for my life.

🔑🔑 KEY: Your vision needs to be a CLEAR vision that fits YOUR life. A vision that makes you excited, warm, and ready to take action.

This is why thinking about YOUR life and the goals YOU want has to come from your own heart and soul.

When we don’t create a vision that makes us jump out of bed, or even if we’re slothing ourselves out of bed and that alarm goes off at 05:00AM that clear vision has to be worth jumping up for. If it’s not, you will continue to hit snooze or lay in bed and live the life that you don’t have the vision of.

I have to be reminded that when I’m tired, exhausted, or when I’m almost at the end of what I can give, that I’m willing to say, I will delay instant gratification of my warm, cozy bed, because the goal of achieving the lives transformed through this course, the income that it’s going to create for our team in our future, that is so much worth it, the inspiration it’s going to give to others!

Your vision needs to drive your actions especially when you show up on social media. You have to share your clear vision! You have to let the clear vision drive your actions to invite, to post, to follow up, to run a really good quality business that’s authentic and true to who you are.

If you are right now saying, I have a shaky vision, my vision isn’t clear, I’ve lost sight of my vision, I need you to say to yourself:

➡️➡️ I’m going to sit down right now, today, and I’m going to write out my vision for my business. I’m going to write out why this vision matters to me and how my life is going to be different because of it. Then, ask yourself, do you believe that success is possible for you? Yes or no?

Then DM me your answer and vision on IG or Facebook so we continue to work through it.

Your answer should be yes because you are more than capable of doing the work to have your vision come to reality! Never forget that.
